Beyond baking delicious bake goods, we believe in safety. If you have any allergies, please read the following information before purchasing or consuming.
Our products are prepared, baked, and packaged in a pet free and smoke free home kitchen that may not be allergy-friendly. We use best practices to avoid cross contamination, but there is no guarantee that the products produced will be free from potential allergens. There is always a risk of cross-contamination, therefore we cannot guarantee that ingredients or tools used have not come in contact with them.
Friends with allergies and/or intolerances are advised to eat at their own risk. We recommend you locate a bakery that guarantees allergy friendly equipment and baked goods.
Please be advised that all items may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, corn, soybeans, tree nuts, nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish and bananas.
At this time, all orders are based on a preorder and prepay system. We need a minimum of 2 days notice to prep and prepare all baked goods.
Please contact us if you need to inquire for a special events order.
We are so grateful for your support!
Unfortunately, not at this time. Sourdough takes about 2-3 days from start to finish as it takes time for the lactobacteria to properly ferment.
You can slice the loaves and put them in zip lock freezer bags or foil wrap each slice in the zip lock bag. Then toast frozen slices to your liking and enjoy!
You can also wrap the entire loaf in foil and place in freezer bag. To defrost, place the bag on the counter for 2-4 hours or over night, dampen the loaf (you can run it under water) then bake in the oven at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
Sourdough is best kept at room temperature in a bread box or sealed in a non plastic bag up to 2 days.
HOWEVER, it is uncommon but we actually like our bread kept in the fridge and then warmed up in the microwave or toaster. But freezing slices is our most favorite and highly recommended method to store bread.
Our ordering windows open every month.

Since sourdough is naturally leavened, long fermented and is made to order, no refunds will be granted for goods not picked up.
Due to the natural fermentation of sourdough, the shelf life is very short. We do not use any preservatives to extend the longevity of the products we make. Freezing is our favorite way to store and maintain our bread.
On the counter: 2 days in a bread box.
Refrigerator: 5 days in a bag.
Freezer: 3 months in a zip lock bag.
Sourdough is naturally leavened and goes through a long fermented process for 2-3 days from start to finish and it is made to order. We are unable to cancel your order once it’s been started, usually 2 days before your scheduled pick up time.
Please notify us 2 days prior to your scheduled pick up date if you need to cancel or reschedule. In the case that you do not pick up your order, we will assume that you have abandoned your order and a refund will not be issued.
